We always strive to deliver your fruit on the day you request however, on orders less than a full truck load (900 – 4/5 equivalent cartons or more) we appreciate your flexibility in combining your order with one of our other customers in your area. We will do our best to deliver your fruit to you as close to your
requested date as possible.
3. For your shipping convenience, when possible please consider ordering full pallets or full layers, which
will speed your order along even more.
* Large cartons of citrus (4/5 bushel) are stacked 54 cartons per pallet (9 cartons per layer, 6 layers high)
* Small cartons of citrus (2/5 bushel) are stacked 90 cartons per pallet (9 cartons per layer, 10 layers high)
* Full bushel Apples are stacked 42 cartons per pallet (7 cartons per layer, 6 layers high)
4. Add Ons: You should always order enough extra fruit to cover late orders or to replace any damaged
pieces of fruit; we cannot change your order once it is placed with the packing house.
5. All Products (fruit and nuts) are shipped together on refrigerated trucks right to your door!
6. Cartons are color coded by variety for easy identification.
7. When your fruit arrives count all cartons before you release the truck! (Stacks of five makes it much easier)
In the unlikely event your order has an overage; shortage, or damage, adjustments must be noted on the trucker’s papers upon arrival in order to receive compensation from the carrier and/or packing house. Our office must be notified immediately or we will assume your order has arrived in good condition. Any spoilage is to be reported to our office within 72 HOURS (3 days) of the delivery.
