1. All prices quoted are delivered prices and include all shipping and handling charges.
Note: Add one dollar ($1.00) per 4/5 equivalent for orders totaling less than 200 – 4/5 cartons or their equivalent. We cannot accept/or ship orders of less than 100 – 4/5 cartons equivalent.
2. Please call, fax or e-mail your citrus order 14 days before your anticipated delivery date.

3. If your organization orders a full truckload (900 large carton equivalent), we can deliver your fruit on the date you request. For orders less than a full truckload FLEXIBILITY is a MUST for your delivery date and time. We will notify you in plenty of time for you to have your volunteers available to unload your fruit.
4. Add Ons: You should always order enough extra fruit to cover late orders or to replace any damaged pieces of fruit. We cannot change your order within 7 days of your anticipated arrival date.
5. To speed up loading and to maintain correct box count, when possible please consider ordering full pallets or full layers.
* Large cartons of citrus (4/5 bushel) are stacked 54 cartons per pallet (9 cartons per layer, 6 layers high)
* Small cartons of citrus (2/5 bushel) are stacked 90 cartons per pallet (9 cartons per layer, 10 layers high)
* Full bushel Apples are stacked 42 cartons per pallet (7 cartons per layer, 6 layers high)
6. All Products (fruit & nuts) are shipped together on refrigerated trucks right to your door!
7. Cartons are color coded by variety for easy identification.
8. The truck driver is not responsible for unloading your fruit, please make arrangements to have plenty of help for on orderly delivery for you. When your fruit arrives count all cartons before you release the truck! (Stacks of five makes it much easier)
9. In the unlikely event your order has an overage; shortage, or damage, adjustments must be noted on the trucker's papers upon arrival in order to receive compensation from the carrier and/or packing house. Our office must be notified immediately or we will assume your order has arrived in good condition. Any spoilage is to be reported to our office within 72 HOURS (3 days) of the delivery.
